Volunteer

SAFIGI Foundation relies on the dedication of volunteers across the globe to be able to advance safety for girls in diverse communities. To date, we have featured over 250 volunteers in 50 countries in our Annual Reports, and have been able to recommend many brilliant volunteers for work, study, and other opportunities.

We have a distributed leadership and are always ready to welcome new members to our team. There are many perks to volunteering with us including skills development, working with a diverse multi-cultural team, leading your own project, and very importantly, maintaining credit for your work.

We understand that not everyone is able to dedicate to long term volunteering, as the roles below. We encourage everyone, even those who want to volunteer, to sign up to become our members for exclusive opportunities such as mentorship, connection to other SAFIGIans in your region, and an opportunity to have someone to talk to if you opt in.

These roles are perfect for students, persons who cannot volunteer in person but want to give back, and those who want to transition in their careers and are searching for a starting point.
